Fly Racing raises the bar for rider safety with the introduction of their Formula Helmet, a pinnacle in head protection design that addresses the serious issue of concussion management. The helmet features an advanced multi-layered impact system, employing innovative materials and engineering to go beyond traditional protection against skull fractures. This helmet's foremost protective feature is its inclusion of Impact Energy Cells, which are enhanced by RHEON, a state-of-the-art viscoelastic material. These energy cells effectively absorb and dissipate the force of impacts, optimally positioned throughout the interior of the helmet in seven critical areas.

To further bolster its protective capabilities, Fly Racing implements their signature Conehead EPS technology in tandem with increased-volume EPS strategically placed in six essential zones. Each zone is meticulously engineered to react proportionately to varying impact velocities, catering to both low and high-speed collisions. The use of Conehead EPS technology also results in a lighter, softer EPS, which not only contributes to a reduction in the Formula Helmet's overall weight but also augments its impact-absorbing efficiency. Thus, riders benefit from enhanced comfort without compromising safety.
